Today I would like to share one of my favorite meditations “3 HOURS Relaxing Music with Water Sounds Meditation” which can be found on YouTube (note it is 3 hours but personally I usually only listen for 5-15 min). I cannot listen to this without feeling calm and centered.

Doing this meditation today came right on time because there is A LOT going on in the world around us. It is sometimes hard to find my own spiritual center. Major shout out to my coach Sandrine Dupiton who encouraged me to begin meditation in the first place.

Today’s affirmation: I am calm and centered, grounded by my own spirit.
