Wellness Checks
In the spirit of community we have been reaching out to our local seniors and neighbors, just to check-in provide help, give directions to services if needed, or even just to have a warm conversation and socially CONNECT in this time of social distancing. If you or someone you know is in need please Contact Us or if you want to take part in these efforts Organize with us.
